Once design and inclusions are agreed we prepare a fixed price tender. We arrange the soil test, contour survey, site inspection, planning and pricing.

Review your plans and pricing
Check everything in the tender. This is where final changes are made before the contract documents are prepared.

Finalise the details
Happy with the plans? We start the approvals process with council or a complying development private certifier.

Choose your colours
Internal and external colours and finishes, chosen with our team until you are completely happy with the design.

Lodge for approval
We lodge with council or the private certifier and the developer, update your plans with your selections, and liaise with your bank so construction can start.

Order the materials
We order everything needed to bring your home to life from our trusted trades and suppliers.

Construction
Now you watch it come out of the ground. Your site supervisor keeps you updated at every stage.

Move in
