Casalina Homes specialises in custom, architecturally designed homes. We work with your architect and engineer to understand what you want from the house, then we build it exactly, so the home you end up with is the one that was drawn.
We believe every home should be designed from the ground up and built to reflect the people who will live in it. No project-home plans, no standard inclusions list to upgrade your way out of.
A family business
Casalina Homes is family owned and run. That means a few things in practice: you deal directly with the builder, not an account manager; decisions get made quickly; and we do that little bit extra to meet what our clients actually need.
We also help with the awkward decisions along the way, from colours and finishes to the small changes that come up once the frame is standing. We stay flexible about changes and value your input the whole way through.
